Below we provide some of the measures developed:

Housekeeping
08.30h – 16.30h

  • Cleaning services in the houses are carried out only at the beginning and end of stays, in order to reduce contact between guests and staff, thus ensuring your safety and tranquility
  • You can request, (during the open hours) without any cost, daily cleaning and change of towels, sheets, among others (does not include dishwashing)
  • Garbage bags can be placed outside the house, so that cleaning services can collect it

Restaurant
12.00h – 15.00h / 19.30h – 22.00h

  • The restaurant is open with prior reservation
  • Reservations for lunch must be made by 11am and dinner by 6pm
  • Breakfast is served as a buffet in our restaurant
  • Breakfast hours will be between 8:00 am and 10:00 am
  • If breakfast is served at the house, there will be an extra delivery cost.

Bar
10.00h – 22.00h

Infinity Pool Bar
10.00h – 19.00h *

Exterior Pools
10.00h – 20.00h

  • The use of slippers in the shower and surrounding areas is mandatory
  • It is recommended to use swimming goggles inside them and the surrounding area, in order to avoid touching your eyes with your hands
  • Keep a distance of 3 meters between sunbeds of different families / groups

Indoor Pool
10.00h – 20.00h

  • It is necessary to make an appointment at the reception to use the indoor pool
  • The use of slippers in the shower and surrounding areas is mandatory
  • It is mandatory to use a hole inside the space of the whole pool
  • It is recommended to use swimming goggles inside them and the surrounding area, in order to avoid touching your eyes with your hands

SPA Massages Service

The massage service is available by appointment

  • The use of a protective mask is mandatory throughout the massage
  • The Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi are open and included in your reservation
