Lourigo Boulder

Once upon a time, people from the places of Cela, Outeiro and Cubo, gathered on Sundays for traditional songs, stick games and family get-togethers. The place of choice, known as “Chãs de Lourigo”, a flat and wide terrain, was perfect for families to get together. As a point of reference, they had a huge boulder, which, because it was flat, allowed shelter from the rain and the sun, becoming popularly known by everyone who frequented the place.
